"I can't remember ever having had so much fun on stage or in rehearsals as I did while working on & performing in The Emperor's Clothes.
I fell in love with the score from the moment we started singing. The eclectic mix of musical styles meant there really was a song for everyone - but I still have trouble picking my favourite.
The book works on many levels. Superficially, the entertaining script is full of fun & silliness but it has hidden depths, pathos & an important message. 
Although The Emperor's Clothes calls for strong leads to play the main scripted characters, it is very much an ensemble piece. I loved the scope it gave to improvise, create my own character (with guidance from our gifted director) & make the role my own.
Whether you prefer acting, singing or dancing, you'll have the time of your life performing in The Emperor's Clothes."
